The Platform Brackets were designed to make it easier to use of SMT Designs platforms in a traditional electronics bay. 4-40 thermal inserts are used for mounting on both top & bottom. The brackets will work with any SMT Designs platform (mounting hardware comes with each platform). The bracket height allows for the direct mounting of a bay connector on a tray below, so you can use the platform and bay connectors for field replaceable altimeter platforms. Additional 4-40 hardware is required for mounting to your sled.
