This is a long length connector sled that has no dedicated mounting for any device. Note: in order to provide clearance underneath the sled for a battery tray, flat head screws and chamfered holes should be used from the bottom of the sled to mount any devices. The sled has a DE9 cutout.

Note: the generic sleds are ideal for the the "do it yourself" flyers. SMT Designs will be happy to support your altimeters, devices, etc and make you a custom sled if you ask.

Can be used with SMT Design's 38mm and 54mm bay components

38mm DD End Cap

The DD (Dual Deploy) End Cap is a 5.9mm (0.23") thick cap with a 2.38mm (3/32") shoulder. The end cap is used on the removable end of a bay and attaches to a mounting ring.
