The eye bolt tie kit is a factory assembled part that can be used to replace a damaged eye bolt assembly or as an upgrade for a hybrid bay with kevlar ties.
The upgrade does require longer threaded rods to mount the eye bolt ties. There is no other hardware that would be required.
