The BT60 Hybrid Bay Kit Version 2 is a complete set of SMT Designs parts that can be assembled into fully functional dual deploy electronics bay (customer supplies coupler tube, altimeter & battery) for Mach1's fiberglass or Estes cardboard tubing.
Version two adds a mounting ring on the end opposite the switch end cap and improves assembly time. The mounting ring can be used for alternative rocket designs where two air frames come together at the middle of the bay.
The electronics bay is a completely self-contained bay with an accessible through-wall arming switch, charge canister/shock cord ties for the included kevlar cord for attachment to a recovery system.
Additional altimeter and battery carriers are available, as well as, replacement charge canister/shock cord ties.
