BT60 Components

The BT60 internal 1/4" motor retainer is used for both minimum diameter rockets as well as general motor retention for any rocket motor that has a Loki forward closure with a 1/4-20 threaded end.

The BT60 internal 5/16" motor retainer is used for both minimum diameter rockets as well as general motor retention for any rocket motor that has an Aerotech forward closure with a 5/16 threaded end.

The BT60 to 38mm Nosecone Bay Adapter can be used with a Mach1 "Estes" type nosecone to allow for the installation of a standard 38mm SMT Designs nosecone bay.

The Charge Canister/Shock Cord Ties consists of two replacement canisters that can be used once the last set is no longer serviceable. These parts are compatible with any of the Mach1 BT60 bay kits.

The BT60 CT Bay Template is used to mark holes for 4-40 hardware on a BT60 coupler tube bay.

The 38mm/BT60 BT Bay Template is used to mark holes on body tubes to align with a coupler tube bay or other parts.

The BT60 DD (Dual Deploy) End Cap is a 5.9mm (0.23") thick cap with a 2.38mm (3/32") shoulder. The end cap is used on the removable end of a bay and attaches to a mounting ring.

The Captured Modular Nosecone Bay Kit is a complete set of SMT Designs parts that can be assembled into a fully functional module for the supported devices and batteries listed (customer supplies device and battery).
